Our returns are going paperless for ROI customers who will now need to register your return via our online portal: www.virgo-boutique.com/apps/returns
Please ensure you complete the returns form within our returns portal in order to receive your return label barcode (no printer needed). Take your package to your nearest Post Office drop off point they will scan the barcode and add the return label to your package. We will process your return upon receiving your parcel, and will issue a full refund to the medium of which you selected: original payment method or issue your store credit. Please allow 14 days for a refund to show on your bank statement.
The cost of returning the goods is incurred by the customer and deducted from your final refund amount.
Items are couriered / posted to our customers- while every effort will be made to ensure that these items arrive to you in perfect condition- wrinkles in the item are not deemed a flaw.
EXCHANGES:
For exchanges, we need to charge for the replacement item to ensure it is reserved and available for you. Our system cannot process exchanges or dispatch replacement products unless they have been fully paid for. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund for your original payment. Please note exchanges are only available to customers in Ireland.
UK RETURNS
- Please return to the above UK Address and complete the returns form enclosed with your order. Please note our returns portal is only available to customers in Ireland. Please ensure that you have completed customs form CN22 for goods under €270 and form CN23 for goods valued over €270.
