WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN REGISTERED THROUGH OUR RETURNS PORTAL.
Please ensure you complete the returns form within our returns portal in order to receive your return label barcode (no printer needed). Take your package to your nearest Post Office drop off point they will scan the barcode and add the return label to your package. We will process your return upon receiving your parcel, and will issue a full refund to the medium of which you selected: original payment method or issue your store credit. Please allow 14 days for a refund to show on your bank statement.
The cost of returning the goods is incurred by the customer and deducted from your final refund amount.
Items are couriered / posted to our customers- while every effort will be made to ensure that these items arrive to you in perfect condition- wrinkles in the item are not deemed a flaw.
TIKTOK SHOP RETURNS:
All ordered placed through TikTok shop must be returned via the instructions in the TikTok Shop portal. TikTok Shop is a separate sales platform and we as a seller must operate within the guidelines of the platform. As a seller we are unable to accept your return if it has not been registered via TikTok Shop.
EXCHANGES:
For exchanges, we need to charge for the replacement item to ensure it is reserved and available for you. Our system cannot process exchanges or dispatch replacement products unless they have been fully paid for. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund for your original payment. Please note exchanges are only available to customers in Ireland.

1. HOW DO I ORDER?
You can order online with ease. Simply select your size, add the item to your cart. When you are ready to checkout, Click the shopping bag icon to view your basket & proceed to checkout. We only take orders through our website or mobile app and cannot accept payment over the phone.
2. WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
Our items can sell out quickly due to high demand and occasionally an item you have ordered may become out of stock. If an item in your order does sell out, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, they will be dispatched ASAP and the out of stock item will be refunded. Occasionally we might notice a flaw in the product when we do a quality check, if we do not have a replacement item for you we will cancel this item.
3. CAN I CANCEL / MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
You can change what’s in your shopping bag as many times as you’d like before you place your order. However, once you checkout you will be unable to make changes to your order as we process our orders super-fast in order to get them out to you ASAP. You can send back the items for a refund in accordance with our returns policy.

5. WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
If you haven't received an email to confirm your order, you don't need to panic. Please double check that you entered the correct email address and take a look in your junk folder as it could be hiding in there. In the time being, you can log into your account and find your order details under 'latest orders'. If you are concerned at all, just contact us and we can look into this for you. 6. WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
Items on pre-order have not yet reached us from our supplier so are not dispatched straight away. If there is high demand for an incoming product we will list it for pre order. The expected dispatch date will be listed in the product description, please note this is a guideline and items may be delayed. If you have ordered more than one item, your order will be shipped as soon as the pre-order item arrives in with us & you will get a dispatch confirmation email.
7. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept a wide variety of payments including Paypal, visa debit, Apple Pay, Mastercard, Klarna etc. We only take orders through our website or mobile app and cannot accept payment over the phone.

We mainly dispatch your parcels Monday - Friday 8am -4pm. If you have placed an order after 4pm on a Thursday this will be dispatched on the following Monday, which is the next working day. While we do have weekend staff dispatching, our couriers do not collect on weekends or holidays. Unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchange. Please re-order the size you need & send back the other item for a refund.
