Refund policy
Our returns are going paperless and you will now need to register your return via our online portal: www.virgo-boutique.com/apps/returns
Please ensure you complete the returns form within our returns portal in order to receive your return label barcode (no printer needed). Take your package to your nearest Post Office drop off point they will scan the barcode and add the return label to your package. We will process your return upon receiving your parcel, and will issue a full refund to the medium of which you selected: original payment method or issue your store credit. Please allow 14 days for a refund to show on your bank statement.
The cost of returning the goods is incurred by the customer and deducted from your final refund amount.
EXCHANGES:
For exchanges, we need to charge for the replacement item to ensure it is reserved and available for you. Our system cannot process exchanges or dispatch replacement products unless they have been fully paid for. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund for your original payment.
