If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original unworn condition within 10 working days of receipt. Please ensure you complete the returns form with your order We will issue a full refund excluding delivery charges on receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that deliveries are returned to us. 

If your purchase has a fault we have got to be notified upon receiving your order - Any flawed - faulty item reported after this period will not be accepted

Items are couriered / posted to our customers- while every effort will be made to ensure that these items arrive to you in perfect condition- wrinkles in the item are not deemed a flaw. 

If you need to cancel your order you need to email support@lovevirgo.com within 12 hours of placing your order, otherwise orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.

We will process your return upon receiving your parcel.
Please allow 28 working days for a refund to show on your bank statement.

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

ORDERS 

1. HOW DO I ORDER?

You can order online with ease. Simply select your size, add the item to your cart. When you are ready to checkout, Click the shopping bag icon to view your basket & proceed to checkout. We only take orders through our website and cannot accept payment over the phone.

2. WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

Our items can sell out quickly due to high demand and occasionally an item you have ordered may become out of stock. If an item in your order does sell out, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, they will be dispatched ASAP and the out of stock item will be refunded.

3. CAN I CANCEL / MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

You can change what’s in your shopping bag as many times as you’d like before you place your order.  However, once you checkout you will be unable to make changes to your order as we process our orders super-fast in order to get them out to you ASAP. 

4. WHERE IS MY ORDER?

We will keep you updated every step of the way. When your order has left Virgo HQ we will send you an email containing your all-important tracking information. You can get up to date tracking info using this number. If you are waiting for your package for over a week, email support@lovevirgo.com and they will look into that for you.

5. WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you haven't received an email to confirm your order, you don't need to panic. Please double check that you entered the correct email address and take a look in your junk folder as it could be hiding in there. In the time being, you can log into your account and find your order details under 'latest orders'. If you are concerned at all, just contact us and we can look into this for you. 6. WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

Items on pre-order have not yet reached us so are not dispatched straight away. If there is high demand for an incoming product we will list it for pre order. The expected dispatch date will be listed in the product description. If you have ordered more than one item, your order will be shipped as soon as the pre-order item arrives in with us & you will get a dispatch confirmation email.

7. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept a wide variety of payments including Paypal, visa debit, Apple Pay, Mastercard, etc. We only take orders through our website and cannot accept payment over the phone.

We dispatch your parcels Monday - Friday. If you have placed an order after 5pm on a Thursday this will be dispatched on the following Monday, which is the next working day. If you would like more information about our delivery options, make your way to our delivery page for all the details.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM - WHAT CAN I DO?

We’re so sorry to hear that you have received a faulty item. Please contact us as soon as possible by emailing support@lovevirgo.com with your order number and some images of the issue. Our team will resolve this for you straight away. *Please note if your purchase has a fault we have got to be notified upon receiving the product*

2. HOW DO I RETURN?

Please fill out the returns form on the back of the invoice & send to Virgo Boutique, Maiden Street, Newcastle West, Co. Limerick. Just get it back to us within ten days & make sure all tags are attached. Your refund should be issued the day we receive your return & may take up to 28 days to show in your account.

Returns Via Parcel Connect are €4.95. Visit www.parcelconnect.ie/return , Select the retailer 'Virgo Boutique', Enter your details, Select your local shop, Print your label & attach to your parcel. Drop your parcel to your local store. Make sure to keep your receipt. 

8. IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN'T RETURN?

Yes, Due to hygiene reasons you cannot return earrings, underwear, face masks, swimming togs, bodysuits, etc.

9. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURNS?

We do not offer free returns. If you return via An Post you are charged by weight. If you return by Parcel Connect there is a fixed fee of €4.95 but returns take longer to reach us.

We always give honest sizing advice in the product description of each item.

As we stock so many brands, we do not have a standardised size guide. We always give honest sizing advice in the product description of each item.  

3. WHAT SIZES DO YOU STOCK?

Each garment varies, but we stock size 6-26 throughout the size.

4. CAN YOU NOTIFY ME WHEN A PRODUCT COMES BACK IN STOCK?

 If your size is sold out Please do an in stock reminder and if they are repeated we will mail you. To do an in stock reminder please click on the size you need that is sold out & the "Add to Bag" button will change to "Email When Available".
